    What's the story

Mahindra showcased several electric vehicles (EV) at an August 2022 event in the United Kingdom.

The first of these EVs, the Mahindra XUV.e8, is set to hit the market later this year.

Ahead of its debut, some key details about this electric SUV have been leaked by CarWale.

The design and features of the Mahindra XUV.e8 have been reveal based on patent-related documents.

    Design details

It will retain the exterior design of XUV700

As per the images shared by the publication, the Mahindra XUV.e8 will retain the overall silhouette and major elements of the ICE-powered XUV700.

However, there will be some noticeable changes including copper-colored inserts, aero-inspired wheels, a blanked-off grille, a new front bumper, and vertically stacked projector headlamps.

Additionally, an LED light bar will be featured up front in this electric SUV model.
