Mahindra XUV300 W6 AMT launched, priced at Rs. 10 lakh

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. has introduced an all-new W6 AMT variant of its popular SUV, the XUV300.
Priced at Rs. 9.99 lakh, the diesel-automatic model comes at a premium of Rs. 49,000 over its manual counterpart.
The new variant is now available for purchase via company's dealerships across the country.

The XUV300 W6 AMT retains the design of the manual variant. Hence, it comes with a premium sporty look featuring a chrome-finished grill, a trapezoidal air-intake, and 16-inch alloy wheels.
The car features indicator-mounted ORVMs, body-colored door handles, and blacked-out wheel arches as well as roof rails.
Furthermore, it gets an all-LED lighting setup for headlights, fog lamps, and taillights.

Inside, the XUV300 W6 sports a five-seater cabin featuring leather upholstery and a three-spoke multifunctional steering wheel.
The SUV comes with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system that offers connectivity features like Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
Moreover, it offers dual-front airbags, rear parking sensors, a four-speaker sound system, and automatic climate control as standard.

The Mahindra XUV300 W6 is powered by a 1.5-liter diesel powered engine which is capable of producing 115bhp of maximum power and 300Nm of peak torque. Further, the car comes mated to a five-speed AMT to handle transmission duties.

As far as pricing is concerned, the Mahindra XUV300 W6 AMT costs Rs. 9.99 lakh in India which is approximately Rs. 1.5 lakh less than its elder sibling, the W8 AMT.
At this price point, the SUV goes up against rivals such as Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Kia Seltos, and the recently launched Tata Nexon Kraz edition.
