Mahindra XUV 3XO launched at ₹7.5 lakh: Check features
Mahindra has introduced the XUV 3XO, a facelifted version of the XUV300, in the Indian market. The updated model is priced from ₹7.49 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to ₹15.49 lakh for the top-spec variant. The XUV 3XO features a significant design overhaul and an array of new features. It also offers an improved automatic gearbox and is available in five comprehensive trims with three distinct engine options.
Redesigned front and back
The exterior transformation on the XUV 3XO includes a significantly overhauled fascia, featuring a glossy black grille with chrome slats and new LED headlights that mirror the design of the XUV700. The rear end has been completely redesigned, featuring connected LED tail lamps, bold 'XUV 3XO' lettering, and a repositioned number plate housing on the rear bumper. The side profile of the SUV sports new alloy wheels finished in dark chrome.
New features introduced in the updated model
The interior has also been refreshed with elements inspired by the XUV400. This includes a large 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, sleek central AC vents, panoramic, and dual-zone climate control settings. The steering wheel design remains unchanged but now includes glossy black inserts. The updated SUV also introduces several new features such as a segment-first panoramic sunroof. It also includes a wireless phone charger, connected car tech, and a 7-speaker Harman-Kardon sound system.
Engine options of the XUV 3X0
The engine options for the XUV 3XO include a 111hp, 1.2-liter turbo-petrol engine with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque convertor option. Then there's a 117hp, 1.5-liter diesel with 6-speed manual and 6-speed AMT options. For select higher variants, there's also a 131hp, 1.2-liter direct injection turbo-petrol unit, available with an AISIN-sourced 6-speed torque convertor automatic option. For safety, the SUV incorporates Level-2 ADAS, cruise control, six airbags, and front as well as rear parking sensors.
