Mahindra XUV 3XO deliveries begin today: Check variants and pricing
Mahindra will start deliveries of its new subcompact SUV, the XUV 3XO, today. The model, which replaces the previous XUV300, is available in nine trims: M1, M2, M2 Pro, M3, M3 Pro, AX5, AX5 Luxury, AX7 and AX7 Luxury. The initial deliveries will primarily concentrate on four trims: the AX5, AX5 Luxury, MX3, and MX3 Pro.
XUV 3XO received 50,000 bookings in an hour
The XUV 3XO has garnered an overwhelming response since its debut, with a record-breaking 50,000 bookings made within an hour of order books opening on May 15. The base model of this SUV is priced at ₹7.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Approximately 70% of bookings are for petrol variants, indicating a notable shift from the balanced fuel type preference seen in sales of the previous model XUV300.
Mahindra increases production to meet demand
In response to the high demand for the XUV 3XO, Mahindra has significantly ramped up its production capacity. The company has already produced more than 10,000 units and increased its production capacity to 9,000 units per month. This is a considerable rise compared to production numbers for the outgoing XUV300 model. Mahindra is also pledging for timely deliveries for the XUV 3XO.
