BMW Motorrad has unveiled its 7 Series Shining Shadow Special Edition car at the ongoing Shanghai Auto Show 2021. The vehicle has been specially designed for the Chinese market and is limited to just 25 units. The car sports Corona ring LED headlights
The BMW 7 Series Shining Shadow Special Edition has a sloping roofline, a long muscular bonnet, the brand's signature kidney grille, Corona ring LED headlights with DRLs, and a dual-tone silver and maroon paintwork. On the sides, it is flanked by blacked-out B-pillars, ORVMs, and multi-spoke wheels. A shark fin and wrap-around LED taillights are available on the rear end.
It runs on a 576hp, 6.0-liter engine
The BMW 7 Series Shining Shadow Special Edition is powered by a 6.0-liter, 12-cylinder, engine that generates 576hp/848Nm, and is linked to an 8-speed AMT gearbox. The car can sprint from 0-100km/h in just 3.8 seconds.
The vehicle has a luxurious cabin
The BMW 7 Series Shining Shadow Special Edition has a luxurious cabin, featuring black piano lacquer wood trim, smoke-white Merino leather sewn in a diamond pattern, electronically adjustable fold-out tables on the rear, and a multifunctional steering wheel. It houses a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with support for Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay. For safety, multiple airbags and a rear-view camera are available.

The BMW 7 Series Shining Shadow Special Edition carries a starting price-tag of $400,000 (approximately Rs. 3 crore). Only 25 units of the premium car are up for grabs in China.
