2022 Maruti Suzuki XL6 to be launched on April 21
Maruti Suzuki will finally launch the facelifted version of its XL6 MPV in India on April 21. As for the highlights, the car will sport cosmetic changes both inside and out and might offer new features. Under the hood, it is expected to draw power from a 1.5-liter petrol engine that puts out a maximum power of 103.2hp.

The XL6 is Maruti Suzuki's flagship model in India, and it will be receiving its first update since its debut here in August 2019. The new version of the vehicle is expected to offer better looks and more features. It should be priced competitively and will take on rivals such as Kia Carens and the Mahindra Marazzo.
The car will have a new grille and larger wheels
The Maruti Suzuki XL6 will flaunt a revised chrome grille, a wide air vent, a silvered skid plate, and narrow LED headlights with DRLs. It will be flanked by roof rails, black B-pillars, indicator-mounted ORVMs, and larger alloy wheels with a new design. A window wiper and wrap-around L-shaped taillamps will be available on the rear section. It should have a wheelbase of 2,740mm.
It will be fueled by a 103hp, 1.5-liter engine
The 2022 Maruti Suzuki XL6 will run on a BS6-compliant 1.5-liter petrol engine that puts out a maximum power of 103.2hp and a peak torque of 138Nm. Transmission duties will be taken care of by a five-speed manual or a six-speed automatic gearbox.
The MPV will get six seats and new upholstery
The new Maruti Suzuki XL6 will have a three-row cabin with new upholstery, six seats, auto climate control, key-less entry, parking sensors, and a power steering wheel with cruise control. It might pack a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with support for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The safety of the passengers will be ensured by ABS, multiple airbags, and a rear-view camera.
2022 Maruti Suzuki XL6: Pricing and availability
Maruti Suzuki will reveal the availability and pricing details of the facelifted XL6 MPV in India at the upcoming launch event. However, the four-wheeler should cost more than the current model which starts at Rs. 10.14 lakh (ex-showroom).
