Limited-run KTM 890 Duke revealed; to be sold in France
Austrian automaker KTM has revealed a Tech 3 MotoGP edition of its 890 Duke motorcycle. Its production will be limited to 100 units and shall be sold in France. As for the highlights, the premium vehicle sports cosmetic updates and comes with a host of electronic riding aids. It draws power from an 889cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine. The bike houses an Akrapovic exhaust
The KTM 890 Duke Tech3 MotoGP edition sits on a Chromium-Molybdenum-Steel frame and has bold 'KTM' branding, a minimalistic belly pan, a sloping fuel tank with extensions, and a pillion seat cowl. An Akrapovic exhaust system and paintwork inspired by the brand's MotoGP Tech3 bike are also available. It packs a digital instrument console, an all-LED lighting setup, and rides on blacked-out wheels.
It runs on a 113hp, 889cc engine
The KTM 890 Duke Tech3 MotoGP edition draws power from an 889cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine that generates 113.4hp of maximum power and 92Nm of peak torque. The mill is linked to a 6-speed gearbox.
Disc brakes on both the wheels ensure safety
KTM 890 Duke Tech3 MotoGP edition is equipped with disc brakes on both the wheels, along with ABS with supermoto mode, cornering ABS, lean-angle sensitive traction control system, and Motor Slip Regulation. It has four riding modes: Rain, Street, Sport, and Track. Suspension duties are taken care of by 43mm WP APEX front forks, and a shock absorber with adjustable preload on the rear.

The KTM 890 Duke Tech3 MotoGP edition motorcycle carries a price-tag of €11,690 (approximately Rs. 11 lakh). Only 100 units of the premium vehicle will be up for grabs in France.
