Jaguar I-PACE to be launched in India on March 9
JLR India has announced that it will launch the I-PACE all-electric SUV in India on March 9. It will be offered in three variants- S, SE, and HSE. As for the highlights, the premium vehicle will have an eye-catching look and a feature-loaded cabin. It will be powered by a 90kWh battery pack and shall sprint from 0-100km/h in 4.8 seconds. Jaguar I-PACE: At a glance
Jaguar I-Pace will sport a coupe-like sloping roof, the company's signature rectangular front grille, a muscular bonnet, and twin-pod LED headlights. The SUV will be flanked by blacked-out B-pillars, indicator-mounted ORVMs, and eye-catching alloy wheels. It will be offered in Caldera Red, Yulong White, Santorini Black, and nine other color options. Dimensions-wise, it should have a wheelbase of 2,990mm and a length of 4,682mm.
Power and performance
Jaguar I-PACE will come with two electric motors and a 90kWh battery pack. The powertrain will deliver 389hp of power and 696Nm torque. The car shall accelerate from 0-100km/h in 4.8 seconds and deliver a range of over 480km/charge.
A peek inside the cabin
Jaguar I-PACE will have a luxurious cabin with a 380W Meridian audio system, 8-way semi-powered Luxtec sport seats, a head-up display, and a 3-spoke power steering wheel with adaptive cruise control. It shall also pack a digital instrument cluster and a touchscreen infotainment console. Passengers' safety will be ensured by multiple airbags, a 3D Surround Camera, and a Driver Condition Monitor.

The pricing and availability details of the Jaguar I-PACE in India will be announced at the launch event on March 9. It is expect to cost around Rs. 1 crore and come with a complimentary 5-year service package, a 7.4kW AC charger, and roadside assistance.
