Honda has officially launched its new electric SUV, the S7, in China.
The vehicle marks Honda's first high-end electric offering in the country and comes at a price of around $36,000.
The S7 will be taking on premium electric SUVs like the Tesla Model Y.
It offers a driving range of over 650km on a single charge, first-class comfort, and a stylish new design.

The S7 measures 4,750mm in length, 1,930mm in width, and stands 1,625mm tall. These dimensions are similar to those of the Tesla Model Y.
It sports Honda's new "H Mark," reserved for its next-gen EV lineup.
The electric SUV has an angular front and rear end, giving it a modern yet edgy look.
It has a full-width light bar up front, a light-up 'H' logo, a foot-sensing electric tailgate, and retractable door handles.

S7 boasts a range of premium features
The S7's interior features Honda's first dimming panoramic sunroof. It also promises a spacious cabin with up to 860mm of second-row legroom.
The SUV packs a number of premium features including a three-spoke multi-function leather steering wheel, streaming media rearview mirror, fragrance system, and BOSE sound system.
The "Honda's most powerful smart cockpit" features split 12.8-inch and 10.25-inch smart infotainment screens and 9.9-inch instrument display.
Performance
S7 offers advanced safety features and power options
The S7 comes in single-motor (RWD) and dual-motor (AWD) configurations.
The RWD variant packs a 268hp electric motor and an 89.8kWh NMC battery pack, providing a driving range of 650km on a single charge.
Meanwhile, the AWD model, with an extra front motor, provides up to 469hp and a rated driving range of 620km.
