Honda Activa 125 now available with cashback worth Rs. 5,000
Honda is offering a cashback of up to Rs. 5,000 on its Activa 125 scooter in India. Also, it can now be purchased with a down payment as low as Rs. 3,999 and insurance worth Rs. 5 lakh. These offers can be availed till March 31 on EMI transactions at select dealerships. Customers are advised to contact their nearest dealer before making a purchase.

At a time when other automakers are raising the prices of their models, Honda is offering a cashback on its Activa 125 scooter. This is tipped to raise its appeal in the market. The two-wheeler is part of a very competitive segment on our shores and goes against rivals such as the Suzuki Access 125 and TVS Jupiter 125.
The scooter has alloy wheels and an LED headlamp
The Honda Activa 125 sits on an underbone frame and has an indicator-mounted front apron, a flat-type seat, an under-seat storage compartment, and a silvered grab rail. It packs an LED headlight, a semi-digital instrument cluster, and rides on 12-inch and 10-inch alloy wheels on the front and rear, respectively. The vehicle can store 5.3 liters of fuel and tips the scales at 111kg.
It is fueled by an 8hp, 124cc engine
The Honda Activa 125 draws power from a BS6-compliant 124cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that generates 8.18hp of power at 6,500rpm and 10.3Nm of peak torque at 5,000rpm. The motor is paired to a CVT gearbox.
It gets telescopic front forks
In terms of safety equipment, the Honda Activa 125 is equipped with drum/disc and drum brakes on the front and rear wheels, respectively, along with a CBS for better handling on roads. Suspension duties on the scooter are taken care of by telescopic forks on the front side and a hydraulic shock absorber on the rear end.
