2021 Ford Territory could debut in India later this year
Ford's Territory SUV, which is currently sold in some Asian countries, is rumored to be launched in India within the next few months. The car sports a blacked-out grille
Ford Territory has an aggressive look, featuring a muscular bonnet, a blacked-out grille, a wide air dam, a silvered skid plate, and sleek LED headlights. On the sides, it is flanked by roof rails, blacked-out B-pillars, indicator-mounted ORVMs, and designer multi-spoke wheels. Wrap-around taillights connected with a strip of chrome, a window wiper, and 'TERRITORY' lettering are available on the rear.
It runs on a 141hp, 1.5-liter EcoBoost engine
In the Asian markets, the Ford Territory draws power from a 1.5-liter EcoBoost engine that generates 141hp of maximum power at 4,500-5,200rpm and 225Nm of peak torque at 1,500-4,000rpm. The mill is mated to a CVT gearbox for handling transmission duties.
The vehicle has a tech-loaded and spacious cabin
Ford Territory has a spacious 5-seater dual-tone cabin, featuring heated/cooled front seats, a panoramic sunroof, wireless phone charging, ambient lighting, and a 3-spoke multifunctional steering wheel. It houses a 10.0-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10.0-inch touchscreen infotainment console with support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Six airbags, autonomous emergency braking, a 360-degree-view camera, and park assist ensure the safety of the passengers.

Details related to the pricing and availability of the Ford Territory SUV in India will be announced at the launch event in the coming months. However, in the Philippines, it carries a starting price-tag of PhP 1,277,000 (approximately Rs. 19 lakh).
