Ducati XDiavel V4 sport cruiser breaks cover: Check what's new
What's the story
Ducati has unveiled its latest sport cruiser, the XDiavel V4. The new model will join the Diavel V4 in Ducati's global lineup.
It replaces the previous XDiavel model based on a 1260 configuration, which was sold in 2023.
The XDiavel V4 is expected to reach dealerships in global markets by May 2025, although there's no confirmation on its India launch yet.
Engine details
XDiavel V4's engine and performance
Like the standard Diavel, the XDiavel V4 is powered by a 1,158cc V4 Granturismo engine.
However, this one is tuned to deliver a maximum power of 168hp at 10,750rpm and peak torque output of 126Nm at 7,500rpm.
The bike comes with a six-speed gearbox along with a quickshifter.
According to Ducati, the engine's valve clearance check should be done after every 60,000km.

XDiavel V4's design and features
The XDiavel V4 boasts a cruiser-style design with a sleek line running from the fuel tank to the seat.
It has a lower and set back handlebar, and a seat height of 770mm.
The seat is thicker and larger than regular models, providing two customizable positions for riders.
The bike also comes with LED lighting at both ends that provide a welcome effect.
Safety features
XDiavel V4's suspension and braking system
The suspension system of the XDiavel V4 features upside-down forks at the front with 50mm of travel, and a fully adjustable monoshock at the rear.
Meanwhile, the braking system includes dual 330mm disks in the front with Brembo Stylema monobloc calipers, and a single disk at the rear.
It also comes with a 6.9-inch TFT dashboard with Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation through the Ducati Link app.
