Ducati Panigale V4S gets carbon makeover with 2 special trims
What's the story
Ducati has unveiled two new trims, Carbon and Carbon Pro, for its Panigale V4S super bike.
The variants are aimed at making the vehicle even more agile and lightweight.
The Carbon trim comes with five-spoke carbon fiber rims, mudguards, and winglets. They are almost a kilogram lighter than the forged ones on the standard Panigale V4S model.
Brake upgrade
Carbon Pro offers enhanced braking system
The Carbon Pro trim of the Ducati Panigale V4S comes with all the features of the standard Carbon trim along with an improved front braking system.
This features two Brembo T-Drive disks at the front, just like those on Ducati World Superbike race machines.
It also flaunts a new MCS 19.21 front brake pump.
Performance
Both trims maintain same mechanical specifications
Despite the new variants, both versions of the Ducati Panigale V4S remain identical in terms of mechanical specifications.
The super bike is fueled by a 1,103cc V4 engine that delivers 214hp of power at 13,500rpm and 120.9Nm of torque at 11,250rpm.
The mill is mated to a six-speed gearbox with a bi-directional quickshifter.
