French automaker Citroen's latest flagship offering, the C5 X has been unveiled. It will go on sale in Europe in the second half of 2021.
As for the highlights, the car has a body that looks like a mix of the wagon, sedan, and SUV. It also has a spacious feature-loaded cabin and can clock a top-speed of 135km/h.

The car rides on 19-inch wheels
The Citroen C5 X has an eye-catching design, featuring a sloping roofline, a narrow grille, a wide air dam, a muscular bonnet, sleek headlights, a rear spoiler, and split taillamps.
On the sides, it is flanked by blacked-out B-pillars, body-colored ORVMs, and 19-inch wheels.
Dimensions-wise, the four-wheeler is 4,805mm long, has a wheelbase of 2,785mm and a boot space of 545-liters.

The hybrid powertrain will deliver 50km of range
Not much is known about the engines of the C5 X. However, it will come with multiple options including a plug-in hybrid mill that generates 225hp of power, delivers an electric range of 50km, and shall allow the car to clock a top-speed of 135km/h.

The vehicle has a high-tech cabin
The Citroen C5 X houses a premium lounge-like cabin featuring a flat-bottom 2-spoke multifunctional steering wheel with adaptive cruise control, and 'Advanced Comfort' seats.
It packs a heads-up display and a central-mounted 12.0-inch HD touchscreen infotainment system with support for natural voice recognition.
For the safety of the passengers, multiple airbags, a 360-degree-view camera, and blind-spot, as well as rear-cross alert, are available.

Citroen has not announced the pricing details of its C5 X model as of now. However, in India, it should carry a premium over its Aircross model, which starts at Rs. 29.90 lakh (ex-showroom).
