The BS6-compliant Suzuki Access 125, which was launched in India earlier this year, has become costlier. The scooter has received a price hike of Rs. 2,300 on all the variants and now starts at Rs. 67,100 as against its previous starting price of Rs. 64,800. A look at the Suzuki Access 125
The BS6-compliant Suzuki Access 125 comes with a sporty look featuring a neat front apron with mounted turn indicators, a wide seat, and a silver-colored grab rail. The scooter houses a digital-analog instrument cluster, an oval-shaped LED headlamp, chrome-finished mirrors, and optional alloy wheels. Further, it also gets an external fuel filling cap and a USB charging socket.
Power and performance
The Suzuki Access 125 is powered by a BS6-compliant 124cc air-cooled, fuel-injected engine that is capable of producing 8.7PS of maximum power at 6,750rpm and 10Nm of peak torque at 5,500rpm.
What about safety and suspension setup?
On the safety front, the Suzuki Access 125 comes equipped with disc/drum brakes on both the front as well as rear wheels, along with mandatory combined braking system to avoid skidding while braking. To manage suspension duties, the scooter houses telescopic forks on the front and a swing arm suspension on the rear.
