Volkswagen Taigun, Virtus, and Tiguan get big discounts this April
German automotive giant, Volkswagen, has announced significant price reductions on several of its models in India for April 2024. The company also hinted at a potential reintroduction of the Polo hatchback, following recent updates to the Taigun compact SUV as well as the Virus sedan. Meanwhile, online spy shots have sparked rumors about a possible new sub-4m SUV from Volkswagen.
Offers on Taigun and Virtus
Volkswagen's current promotional offers include cash discounts, trade-in benefits, and other incentives across its entire range. The Taigun SUV is available with benefits of up to ₹1.5 lakh, comprising a cash discount of up to ₹90,000 and an exchange bonus of up to ₹40,000. Similarly, the Virtus sedan comes with total benefits amounting to ₹1.4 lakh, for both MY23 and MY24 models.
Volkswagen Tiguan receives the biggest discounts
The most substantial discounts are available on Volkswagen's flagship model, the Tiguan SUV. Customers can avail total benefits up to an impressive ₹2.4 lakh, which includes cash discounts and exchange benefits on MY23 and MY24 versions. Additionally, the Tiguan gets a special four-year service package worth ₹90,000, further enhancing its value proposition for potential buyers.
How much do the cars cost?
In India, the Volkswagen Taigun starts at ₹11.7 lakh, while the Virtus sedan begins at ₹11.56 lakh. Finally, the Tiguan carries a price tag of ₹35.17 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom).
