Bentley celebrates Bentayga's 10th anniversary with new 'Atelier Edition'
What's the story
Bentley is celebrating the 10th anniversary of its first-generation Bentayga, a model that has remained a favorite since its debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 2015.
Despite a mid-cycle refresh in 2020, the luxury SUV continues to turn heads in 2025.
To commemorate this milestone, Bentley has launched a special edition called the Atelier Edition. There are no mechanical changes.
Unique features
A blend of luxury and customization
The Atelier Edition is for those customers who would rather leave the choice to Bentley's experts than customize the car themselves.
It features five exclusive shades including Light Onyx, Rubino, Porcelain, Quartzite, and Light Emerald. A new Obsidian Crystal shade has also been added.
If these exclusive shades don't interest you, you can always go for the standard color range from Bentley.
Exteriors
A look at the design
The Atelier Edition comes with satin and chrome accents, with faux side vents flaunting an Atelier Edition badge.
It comes with 22-inch wheels with a 10-spoke design and self-leveling center caps.
Customers can opt for the standard wheelbase model or the extended EWB version.
The interior is just as luxurious, with color schemes differing depending on the exterior shade selected by the customer.
Interiors
Inside, it offers a blend of modern and traditional elements
The cabin of the Atelier Edition is embellished with brushed aluminum and wood trim, high-quality leather, and two-tone finishes.
Even though it looks a bit aged, the Bentayga strikes a perfect balance between modernity and tradition by using physical buttons and knobs instead of just touchscreens.
This way, the latest cars are not flooded with screens.
Powertrains
Engine options and pricing
The W12 engine was retired by Bentley in mid-2024 after manufacturing over 100,000 12-cylinder powertrains since 2003.
Now, the Bentayga Atelier Edition comes with a V8 or a V6 hybrid engine.
However, it is worth noting that the hybrid version doesn't get rear-wheel steering, which is exclusive to petrol-only models.
The cost has not been announced. However, we expect a hefty premium over the standard Bentayga's $200,000 (around ₹1.7 crore) starting price.
