Audi e-tron, e-tron Sportback to debut in first-half of 2021
Audi has announced that its e-tron and e-tron Sportback cars will be launched in India in the first-half of 2021. They will be brought here as completely built units and will be identical to the models already available in the international markets. The vehicles have a sporty design and are powered by a 95kWh battery which delivers over 400km of range per charge.

The cars sport a large chrome-finished grille
The Audi e-tron, and e-tron Sportback have an eye-catching design, featuring a sloping roofline, a muscular bonnet, a large chromed grille, a wide air dam, sleek matrix LED headlamps, and a single large wrap-around taillight. On the sides, they are flanked by blacked-out B-pillars, designer 5-spoke alloy wheels, and two cameras on each side that relay live feed on the screens inside.
The vehicles have a spacious cabin with many features
The Audi e-tron and e-tron Sportback have a spacious cabin with a panoramic sunroof, contoured seats, connected car technology, and a multifunctional steering wheel. They house Audi's Virtual Cockpit digital instrument cluster and two touchscreens, including a 10.1-inch unit placed above the 8.8-inch display. For ensuring the passengers' safety, multiple airbags, parking assist, and adaptive cruise control are available.
They can run for over 400km on a single charge
The Audi e-tron and e-tron Sportback have two electric motors and a 95kWh battery pack. The powertrain delivers a combined output of 360hp/561Nm in Drive mode and 408hp/664Nm in the Sport mode. The vehicles offer a range of over 400km on a single charge, and can sprint from 0-100km/h in 6.6 seconds in Drive mode and in 5.7 seconds in the Sport setting.
Audi e-tron and e-tron Sportback: Pricing and availability
The Audi e-tron and e-tron Sportback will debut in India in the first-half of this year. As for the pocket-pinch, the former should cost around Rs. 1.04 crore, while the Sportback should carry a slight premium over the standard model.
