2024 Maruti Suzuki Swift Epic Edition launched with enhanced features
Maruti Suzuki's 2024 Swift Epic Edition, a model based on the base LXi trim, has made its debut in the Indian market. Despite a price point that is slightly higher than its predecessors, this new model is quickly becoming popular among buyers. The car is equipped with an accessory pack, known as the "Epic Edition," which is specifically designed for the LXi version.
Array of standard features offered by Swift Epic Edition
The base LXi trim of the new Swift comes with a variety of standard features. These include central locking, remote locking, power windows on all four doors, LED taillights, and projector headlights. Additional safety features include a rear defogger, six airbags, and hill assist. The Swift Epic Edition further enhances these offerings with approximately 26 new accessories.
Additional features and pricing
As reported by TheCarsShow, the Epic Edition package is priced at ₹67,878 at a Maruti Suzuki dealership in Gurgaon. This edition includes additional features such as a piano gloss black grille, LED foglamps with an OEM switch on the dashboard, front quarter panel decals, bonnet decals, and roof stripes. The interior has also been upgraded with a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system from Pioneer, and four speakers - two from Pioneer and two from JBL.
Enhanced safety and comfort
The new Swift offers significant safety improvements over its predecessor. It now comes standard with six airbags and five three-point seatbelts, along with seatbelt reminders. Unlike rival OEMs who charge an extra ₹50,000 for it, ESP is also a standard feature in this model. The interior of the Swift Epic Edition includes dual-tone leatherette seat covers, and a leatherette steering cover for added comfort.
