    What's the story

Off-road enthusiasts in India have a reason to celebrate, as the refreshed Jeep Wrangler is set to make its grand debut on April 22.

The much-anticipated model has already garnered global attention and is now ready to conquer the Indian terrain.

With an updated design and enhanced features, this new model promises a thrilling off-road experience for Indian drivers.

    Design update

    Refreshed exterior and customizable options

The Jeep Wrangler's exterior has been revamped with a sleek all-black grille, maintaining the iconic seven-slat design.

The global model offers ten different alloy wheel designs, with sizes ranging from 17-20 inches. Tires can extend up to an impressive 35-inch.

Multiple roof options are available, including a standard soft top, body-colored hard top, black hard top, and even a dual-door group with half doors.

    Interior upgrade

    Upgraded interior and advanced features

The interior of the new Jeep Wrangler features a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, standard across all variants.

Powered by Jeep's Uconnect 5 system, it integrates connected features into the SUV, including a Trails Offroad guide with details of 62 popular off-road trails.

The AC vents have been repositioned under the infotainment screen, while other cabin layout elements remain largely unchanged.

Additional features include 12-way power-adjustable front seats, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility.

    Performance specs

    Jeep Wrangler's powerful engine

The heart of the new Jeep Wrangler is a robust 270hp/400Nm, 2.0-liter turbo-petrol engine.

This powertrain is paired with an 8-speed torque converter automatic gearbox, and Jeep's Selec-Trac full-time all-wheel-drive system as standard.

The same powertrain configuration is expected to be retained in the facelifted version.

This combination promises a powerful and smooth off-road driving experience for all Jeep Wrangler enthusiasts.
