2021 Triumph Street Scrambler, with a Euro 5-compliant engine, revealed
British automaker Triumph Motorcycles has revealed the 2021 version of its Street Scrambler bike. It should make its way to India. The vehicle has a sporty retro look and comes with a halogen headlamp and a semi-digital instrument cluster. It is powered by a Euro 5-compliant 900cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Here are more details.
The bike comes in three shades
The 2021 Triumph Street Scrambler has a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, split-style seats, tall-set exhaust, and a rounded headlight as well as mirrors. The bike packs a semi-digital instrument cluster, halogen headlight, and an LED taillamp. It rides on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wire-spoke wheels wrapped in Metzeler Tourance tires. It is available in Jet Black, Urban Grey, and Matte Khaki Matte Ironstone colors.
It runs on a 64hp, 900cc engine
The 2021 Triumph Street Scrambler draws power from a Euro 5-compliant 900cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine that generates 64.1hp of power at 7,250rpm and 80Nm of peak torque at 3,250rpm. The mill is paired to a 5-speed gearbox.
There are disc brakes on both wheels for safety
To ensure the safety of the rider, the 2021 Triumph Street Scrambler is equipped with disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels along with dual-channel ABS, for better handling on the roads. Suspension duties on the motorcycle are taken care of by 41mm telescopic forks on the front side and twin-sided springs on the rear end.
