Harley-Davidson starts deliveries of its BS6-compliant Street 750 bike
While most of the automakers are planning to launch their bikes with BS6-compliant engines, Harley-Davidson is a step ahead. The US automaker has started the deliveries of 2020 Street 750 in India, making it the first motorcycle in the country to go on sale with a BS6-compliant engine. Here's everything about it.

The 2020 Harley-Davidson Street 750 features a naked street design with blacked-out treatment on mirrors, exhaust, and alloy wheels. The rounded headlamp, turn indicators, and exposed engine add to its retro look. Also, the motorcycle houses a fully-digital instrument console and an all-LED lighting setup for headlight, turn indicators, and taillamps.

The 2020 Street 750 is powered by a 749cc liquid-cooled Revolution X V-twin engine, which is capable of producing 47bhp of power and 60Nm of peak torque. This engine comes mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox and promises a mileage of 20kmpl.

In the safety department, the 2020 Harley-Davidson Street 750 comes equipped with disc brakes on both front and rear wheels, along with dual-channel ABS to avoid skidding while braking. The motorcycle also houses conventional telescopic forks on the front and dual shock absorbers on the rear to handle the suspension duties
